Job summary

Circus is seeking an Operations Associate to run day-to-day client-site operations in Eindhoven. You will ensure smooth operations, uphold standards, and train client staff to operate the CA-1 system. A technical mindset and strong ownership are essential as you collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement and customer success to keep deployments running.

Qualifications

• Interest in or exposure to operations, hospitality, retail, or technical maintenance environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and reliability; comfortable running a site independently.
• Confident communicator, capable of training and coaching others.
• Structured, process-driven approach; able to follow and improve procedures.
• Comfortable working hands-on with technology and equipment.
• Fluent English.
• Based in or able to commute reliably to Eindhoven.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations at our Eindhoven client site, ensuring production, quality and hygiene standards.
• Act as the main on-site contact for the client, building a trusted professional relationship.
• Train and coach client staff on daily operations, handling and routines.
• Manage restocking, consumables, and opening/closing routines to standard.
• Handle first-line troubleshooting on the CA-1 system, escalate to remote support when needed.
• Keep the site organized and audit-ready following Circus operating procedures.
• Log recurring issues or training gaps and feed back to the team to improve the client experience.

About the Role

We're looking for a Operations Associate to run the day-to-day at our dedicated clients sites in Eindhoven. You'll be the person on the ground making sure operations run smoothly, standards are met, and the client's team knows exactly how to work with our system.
It's a role built on ownership: you're the face of Circus on-site, responsible for keeping the operation reliable, well-organized, and running to spec. A technical mindset helps — you'll pick up first-line troubleshooting as part of the job.
You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Success to keep the site running smoothly and to feed learnings back into how we support future deployments.
We'll train you on the CA-1 platform; you bring the reliability, communication skills, and drive to own a site independently.

Your Daily Business

Preferred Qualifications

• Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP)
• Prior experience in a launch, rollout, or training-focused operations role
• Basic technical background (robotics, mechanics, electrical) — helpful but not required
• Dutch language proficiency
