Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operational activities on-site and help ensure work is executed according to plan.
Act as a point of contact between different teams (production, planning, quality, engineering, and external parties).
Track actions, open points, and dependencies; follow up to completion and escalate when needed.
Support the preparation and communication of updates, notes, and status reporting.
Help maintain a structured way of working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and supporting practical fixes.
Ensure clear communication and alignment across Dutch- and English-speaking stakeholders.
