Job summary

You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain a safe and well‑kept environment, and proactively coordinate between disciplines to deliver excellent service.

The role supports the Facility Manager and Facility Coordinator, with opportunities to grow in facility management.

Qualifications

• Minimum completed MBO+/HBO education in facility management or similar.
• At least 1 year in a similar facility management role.
• Experience with Corrigo and MS Office preferred.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyze facility notifications in Corrigo and ensure follow-up.
• Conduct KPI inspection rounds through buildings and document findings.
• Coordinate smaller supplier works and verify completed tasks.
• Prepare work permits in E-Permit to Work.
• Maintain office supplies and prepare orders.
• Support service desk during absences.
• Ensure safety guidelines and coordinate small renovations or relocations.
• Support sustainability initiatives in buildings.
