Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Technician – High Voltage to join our Life Sciences facilities team in Leiden. This hands-on role combines technical maintenance with coordination of vendors to ensure reliable building operations and safety compliance.

You will work on preventive and corrective maintenance, support renovations, manage CAFM tooling, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to JLL standards and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education/training in relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in industrial Facility Management; life sciences exposure preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification and logistics experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of general building maintenance and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and infrastructure (excluding HVAC).
• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks with technical expertise.
• Support renovations, refurbishments, and minor infrastructure initiatives.
• Operate forklifts for material handling and goods receipt when needed.
• Coordinate external service providers and trade contractors.
