Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Datacenter Technician or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating Systems is a plus.
• Flexibility towards working hours for 24/7 support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for maintaining and troubleshooting network and server equipment.
• Execute hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements.
• Manage and prioritize tasks using the company’s support ticketing system.
