Qualifications
Proven experience as a Datacenter Technician or in a similar role with a focus on data center.
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating Systems is a plus.
Previous experience working with support ticketing and warehouse systems is a plus.
Electrical certifications are a plus.
Ability to follow specified policies and procedures.
Flexibility towards working hours; available for rotating 24/7 support.
Comfortable with tasks that may involve physical activity as part of the role.
Eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for maintaining and troubleshooting network and server equipment.
Execute hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements of network devices, servers, and related components.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to server hardware.
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse and workspace.
Manage and prioritize tasks using the support ticketing system.
