Job summary

A global IaaS hosting platform is seeking an On-site Data Center Technician in Woerden. This full-time role involves maintaining and troubleshooting network and server equipment, executing installations and upgrades, and managing tasks via a support ticket system. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers with experience in data centers, and they must be eligible to work in the Netherlands. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Datacenter Technician or in a similar role with a focus on data center.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating Systems is a plus.
• Previous experience working with support ticketing and warehouse systems is a plus.
• Electrical certifications are a plus.
• Ability to follow specified policies and procedures.
• Flexibility towards working hours; available for rotating 24/7 support.
• Comfortable with tasks that may involve physical activity as part of the role.
• Eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for maintaining and troubleshooting network and server equipment.
• Execute hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements of network devices, servers, and related components.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to server hardware.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse and workspace.
• Manage and prioritize tasks using the support ticketing system.
