Job summary

NCIM seeks an experienced IT support engineer to deliver 24/7 Level 2 NATO AirC2 support from The Hague, NL. You will diagnose software, hardware, and integrations, contribute to solution architecture, and plan development work while maintaining deployments.

The role requires cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), API knowledge, ITIL certification, and NATO Secret clearance. On-site work with the service team is required when not on call.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing software, hardware, and integrations; debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and APIs/integrations.
• Ability to coordinate support work and communicate progress across teams.
• Customer-facing technical support or help desk experience.
• ITIL Foundation or advanced certification.
• NATO Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Level 2 on-call support for NATO AirC2 services, resolving tickets against KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software, hardware, integrations, and system performance.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical specs, and network design in line with security standards.
• Plan and monitor development work, coordinate resources, and support engineering changes.
• Maintain applications, collect performance data, and document release/deployment activities.
