Job summary

Ballast Nedam Wind & Marine is seeking an ambitious Project Engineer Wind & Marine intern to support technical content across tenders and execution on international projects. You translate concepts into practical engineering, collaborate with tender teams, project management, and suppliers, and help maintain technical integrity.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Engineer in offshore wind, O&G, or marine projects.
• Experience with foundation installation, marine operations, and heavy lift operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions and execution methods for offshore foundation, BoP installation, marine infrastructure, and decommissioning projects.
• Manage engineering activities during tender and project execution.
• Coordinate technical interfaces with suppliers, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Identify, manage and mitigate technical risks while safeguarding quality and constructability.
• Coach and support (junior) project engineers in their technical growth.
• Contribute to developing engineering processes and best practices.
