Job summary

Jumbo is seeking a Vessel Manager Offshore to join its Operations Department in Schiedam, Netherlands. You will coordinate vessel operations and offshore project execution, working closely with project teams, clients, crewing, QHSE, fleet management, and commercial departments.

The role covers vessel scheduling, project mobilisation, financial monitoring, safety compliance, and daily offshore progress management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in shipping, engineering, transport, or nautical studies.
• Strong understanding of offshore project operations, including subsea or topside activities.
• Knowledge of ocean-going vessel operations and heavy-lift projects.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and support projects worldwide.
