Job summary

Van Oord is seeking a Tender Engineer in the Product Line Cables & Pipelines to support multi-disciplinary offshore energy tenders. You will manage tender processes from invitation receipt to offer submission in Gorinchem, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Ship Management to craft feasible production estimates.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, has 5+ years in a similar role, and demonstrates strong English communication, analytical skills, and a collaborative, hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar or project position.
• Experience in offshore energy and/or offshore cable installation is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analysing client requests and developing execution strategies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Ship Management to draft accurate production estimates.
• Liaise with subcontractors in coordination with procurement.
• Organise and manage tender processes and compile tender deliverables.
• Keep abreast of market developments and identify new opportunities.
