Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services in Rotterdam is seeking a Sales Manager (Offshore) to drive growth and retention of our offshore client portfolio across Europe. You will build senior-level relationships, lead negotiations, and work with regional teams to ensure service excellence and profitable outcomes.

The role requires a degree in business/shipping, strong contract management, knowledge of offshore wind and subsea projects, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Maritime Studies, Shipping or Logistics.
• Commercial and contract management experience.
• Strong understanding of offshore marine services and port agency.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic account plans for offshore customers.
• Build senior-level relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Maintain Salesforce activity, market intel, and opportunity pipelines.
• Lead proposals, tenders and commercial negotiations to hit revenue targets.
• Collaborate with regional teams to secure multi-country opportunities.
• Develop profitable pricing and commercial proposals.
• Oversee service delivery and manage contractual requirements.
