Job summary

Insignis Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager for offshore energy projects, based in North Holland. You will lead delivery from tender to close-out, ensure safety, budget control, and timely execution within a multidisciplinary environment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and English proficiency, with a solid background in QHSE and offshore practices. Office-based position with collaboration across departments and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient with MS Office and IT basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient, and profitable execution of projects from tender to close-out.
• Maintain control of commercial and technical matters including budget and invoicing.
• Develop and maintain project planning documents for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate services and resources with stakeholders and departments.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure QHSE compliance across project phases.
• Provide regular progress reporting to Head of Projects.
• Lead close-out activities and capture lessons learned.
• Input to tenders and contract negotiations to support growth.
