Job summary
KCI Offshore Engineering has a Rotterdam office and seeks a Project Manager to lead Topsides projects for offshore wind substations. You will drive project execution within planning and budget and act as the main client contact, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires strong English, with Dutch being a plus, and a proven track record in offshore EPC(I) project management. The company offers a career path and exposure to major projects.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in project management, preferably offshore.
- EPC(I) project management experience is a strong pre.
- Project cost control with ERP software experience.
- Experience with planning software is a strong pre.
- Projects above €0.25 million contract sum preferred.
- Experience liaising with clients, contractors and authorities.
- Demonstrated project success track records.
- Excellent planning and negotiating skills.
- Good knowledge of English; Dutch is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage medium and large Topsides projects within planning and budget.
- Oversee complete project execution and stakeholder relations.
- Monitor adherence to the project plan and contract terms.
- Provide input during tender phases to optimize risks and value.
