Job summary

Dixstone is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead offshore/marine projects from tender through client sign-off. Primarily office-based with occasional offshore and site visits, you will drive delivery, manage contracts and budgets, and lead dedicated shore and offshore teams.

You will oversee contracts, lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure QHSE compliance, and report progress to the Operations Director. Fluent English and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in Offshore, Marine, or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Decommissioning background is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, asset capabilities and contract control.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, feasibility assessments, execution strategies, and tender designs.
• Manage main contracts, budgets, subcontractor performance, and variations.
• Ensure QHSE standards and lead safety initiatives across sites.
• Build and manage project teams, conduct performance assessments, develop staff.
• Proactively manage client requirements and report progress to executives.
