Ampelmann is seeking an Offshore Personnel Coordinator to manage and plan offshore personnel with a focus on Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will combine structured planning with a people-centered approach, ensuring operators are compliant, trained, and motivated.

Formación

• Minimum of a vocational degree and 2+ years in workforce planning or related field.
• Outstanding planning and coordination skills; project management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• People-oriented with strong relationship-building.
• Excellent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate Operators schedules across regions.
• Be the primary contact for Operators, ensuring compliance and training.
• Collaborate with Operator team leads to manage wellbeing and availability.
• Maintain clear communication with multiple internal stakeholders and departments.
• Adapt quickly to operational changes and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Identify and implement potential improvements.
