Job summary
Boskalis Offshore Energy in Papendrecht seeks an HR Manager for our international marine crew in the Fleet Management department. You will embed the Human Excellence pillars, coach management, and lead HR projects to strengthen performance, diversity, mobility and vitality across our vessels worldwide.
You will partner with Crewing and Fleet Management, translate strategy into practical HR actions, drive development, succession planning and continuous improvement, and you may travel to vessels
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of relevant HR experience in international settings.
- Proven track record in successfully running HR projects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or similar.
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Excellent social skills, persistence, initiative and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor, sparring partner and coach for Crewing and vessels.
- Balance strategic HR topics with hands-on operational matters as they arise.
- Lead HR projects aligned with Human Excellence pillars (Performance, Diversity, Mobility, Vitality).
- Support development, talent review, succession planning and continuous improvement.
- Translate insights into clear analyses and concrete improvement plans.
- Visit vessels and connect directly with the marine crew.
