Job summary

Allseas Group S.A. seeks an Installation Engineer to oversee the daily technical management of vessels and related assets. You will coordinate repair and maintenance with Technical Superintendents, ensuring compliance with flag state and IMO rules while driving improvements across the Technical Department.

Travel about 20% is expected, with a focus on safe, efficient operations and accurate documentation. You will work in a dynamic offshore environment where forward thinking and collaboration

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc in Marine Technology or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of classification agencies and IMO rules.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Organise and control repair/maintenance of vessels in coordination with Technical Superintendents.
• Ensure compliance with vessel management systems, flag state, and IMO rules.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and vessel history.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Technical Department.
• Lead technical projects with planning and budget control.
