Job summary

N-Sea Group is seeking an experienced Storekeeper & Inventory Coordinator in IJmuiden to oversee spares, tools and equipment for offshore assets. You will manage stock levels, maintain records and ensure safe, compliant operations across inventory workflows.

You will work within a dynamic, international team supporting worldwide assets and projects, with opportunities for professional development in a growing subsea company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory management or warehousing.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, verbal and written.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup of spare parts, tools, and equipment stores in IJmuiden.
• Ensure safe, reliable operations of inventory and storage processes.
• Maintain stock records, conduct stock checks, and resolve discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, and issue goods against purchase orders.
• Organise warehouse for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Record all inventory transactions in systems and coordinate distribution.
• Monitor reorder levels and initiate purchase requisitions with procurement.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries and returns.
• Identify continuous improvements in warehouse processes.
• Act as stand-in for other warehouse roles when required.
