Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Construction & Commissioning Manager (PCCM) to oversee offshore HVDC projects based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient execution of construction and commissioning activities while working closely with project leadership and specialized teams.

• Prepare initial plans for storage and site infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with laws, permits, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor construction progress, costs, risks, and manpower.
