Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Construction & Commissioning Manager (PCCM) to oversee offshore HVDC projects based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient execution of construction and commissioning activities while working closely with project leadership and specialized teams.

At Hitachi Energy, you will play a central role in delivering offshore HVDC projects that enable a sustainable energy future. As a Project Construction & Commissioning Manager (PCCM), you support the safe and efficient execution of construction and commissioning activities. You work closely with the Site Manager, project leadership, and specialist teams to ensure seamless site preparation, mobilization, and execution.
You act as a key link between the site and the home office. You coordinate handovers, manage constructability activities, and monitor the overall construction progress. You help ensure compliance with local laws, project guidelines, safety standards, and HVDC processes. You also support planning, reporting, and the continuous optimization of site activities.
