Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a skilled Document Management professional to support offshore wind projects. This role focuses on setting up permissions, workflows, and metadata in SharePoint, acting as QC for incoming documentation, and driving document control processes across the project team.

You will collaborate with diverse teams across Northern Europe, exercising strong communication skills in English and providing training to ensure proper use of our document management systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in document management for wind projects.
• Super user in MS SharePoint.
• Ability to organize, analyze and visualize data sets and trends.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement Document Management procedures, templates and applications.
• Gate keeper of document control rules and systems.
• Run and manage the DMS for the project.
• Ensure engineering documentation meets standards and deadlines.
• Distribute and follow up documentation to stakeholders.
• Provide first line support for document control issues.
• Train project teams on document control processes and systems.
• Engage with the Document Management network to share best practices.
