You connect engineering, production and supply chain teams, solving issues with 8D methodologies and driving durable improvements across processes on the shop floor.

On-site role focused on early deviation detection, dashboards, root-cause analyses and robust corrective actions, ensuring smooth production and optimal delivery to end customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality engineering in high-tech or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving using structured methodologies like 8D.
• Ability to translate quality deviations into dashboards.
• Willingness to be on the shop floor regularly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality deviations and translate into dashboards and insights for stakeholders.
• Facilitate and lead improvement initiatives and ensure teams collaborate effectively.
• Perform thorough root cause analyses and implement structural solutions.
• Safeguard and optimize processes within the NPI phase and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Be regularly present on the shop floor at clients to monitor quality and realize improvements.
• Manage and oversee the 8D process and ensure correct follow-up of actions.
• Conduct audits and evaluate KPIs and the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.
