Job summary

The Member Company. seeks a Quality Engineer within TMC NPI to elevate quality during new product introductions for clients in the high-tech industry. You connect engineering, production and supply chain teams, solving issues with 8D methodologies and driving durable improvements across processes on the shop floor.

On-site role focused on early deviation detection, dashboards, root-cause analyses and robust corrective actions, ensuring smooth production and optimal delivery to end customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality engineering in high-tech or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving using structured methodologies like 8D.
• Ability to translate quality deviations into dashboards.
• Willingness to be on the shop floor regularly.
