Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Project Manager NPI to lead complex semiconductor mechatronic assemblies from prototype to volume release. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team across engineering, procurement, and QA, ensuring manufacturability while meeting strict QLTC targets in ultra-cleanroom conditions.

The role demands experience in high-precision projects, fluency in Dutch and English, and a strong grasp of project-management methodologies.

Qualifications

• PM with demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary and complex projects.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-end mechatronic assemblies preferred.
• Familiar with cleanroom manufacturing and contamination control.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA).
• Lean and Six Sigma exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and targets (QLTC) with customer and stakeholders.
• Translate targets into a project plan from prototype to volume release.
• Ensure manufacturability and alignment between requirements and producibility.
• Lead a cross-functional team including QA, procurement, logistics, and engineering.
• Manage commercial aspects and report progress to customer and account team.
