Job summary

Sioux Technologies in Eindhoven is seeking an NPI Project Manager – Mechatronics to introduce new high‑tech modules, lead cross‑functional teams, monitor planning, quality and budget to ensure a successful market launch.

You coordinate with D&E and Production, drive ERP/NPI processes, prepare quotes, and contribute to continuous improvement of NPI projects. A strong lead, fluent Dutch and English, and experience with Prince2 and ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in (NPI) project management within the high‑tech industry.
Knowledge of business processes and associated challenges.
Familiarity with Prince2.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, or Microsoft D365.

Responsibilities

Gather customer needs regarding forecasts, demand, priorities, issues, and complaints throughout the project.
Prepare and maintain reports for the NPI Manager or Assembly Management Team, including signaling and escalation for disruptions.
Align with the NPI Manager on project budget, planning, and requirements for margin and revenue.
Execute NPI projects per the QMS to ensure ERP process delivery per QLTC specifications.
Participate in development and optimization of NPI PM processes at interfaces between D&E and Production.
Contribute to acquiring new NPI projects with Sales/Account Manager.
Provide project estimates to Account Manager for quotes (RFQs).
