Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Project Manager NPI to lead high-precision, mechatronic assemblies for a leading semiconductor OEM. You’ll drive industrialization from prototype to volume, aligning product requirements with manufacturability in ultra-cleanroom conditions.

You will manage QLTC targets, coordinate a multidisciplinary team, and serve as the commercial contact with the customer, while closely collaborating with account management.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Technical Business Administration.
• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in multidisciplinary and complex technical projects.
• Demonstrable experience in the semiconductor industry with high-end mechatronic assemblies.
• Affinity with assembly under cleanroom conditions and contamination control.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, or IPMA and Lean Six Sigma.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and QLTC targets with the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Translate targets into a project plan from prototype to volume release.
• Ensure manufacturability and assemblability with the customer's development department.
• Manage the industrialization of complex assembly processes under cleanroom conditions; qualification and first article inspection.
• Plan and control milestones, QLTC frameworks, and engineering changes.
• Reach commercial agreements with account management.
• Periodically reporting on progress internally and towards the customer.
