Job summary

The Member Company, a global high-tech consultancy, seeks an NPI Test Engineer in Eindhoven to help industrialize next-generation systems in a cleanroom environment. You will integrate modules, calibrate and validate against specs, and run tests to ensure performance at a granular level.

You will troubleshoot issues, document results and support the transfer from development to production, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
• Experience with testing and commissioning electromechanical systems.
• Able to work with technical documentation, schematics and work instructions.
• Hands-on mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and configure high-tech modules into complete systems.
• Perform alignment, calibration and validation of systems against specifications.
• Execute test procedures and analyze system performance at (sub)atomic level.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the NPI phase.
• Document results and contribute to process improvement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Support the transfer from development to production (NPI phase).
• Ensure new products meet all requirements before ramp-up and customer delivery.
