Job summary

Millux BV in Wijchen, Netherlands, is seeking a Project Lead to manage end-to-end NPI projects from feasibility to industrialization, delivering costs for NRE and final unit price and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, supply chain, operations and customers, monitor schedules and budgets, manage risks, and drive Lean and Green Belt initiatives to align with company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related technical field.
5-10 years experience in managing projects, preferably in an international environment.
Strong project management, planning, scheduling and risk management.
Experience with PFMEA, Control Charts, APQP and implementing these.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering, production, and quality departments.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Fluent or Native speaker in Dutch language and fluent in English are both manditory.

Develop accurate cost estimates for NRE and final unit price, and manage project schedules.
Monitor technical progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and drive continuous improvement.
