The Project Lead role is an on-site position based in Wijchen. The Project Lead oversees end-to-end project execution: launch and deliver NPI projects with the team. Start with an accurate cost estimate for the NRE portion and the final unit price. Deliver the feasibility and industrialization phases. Deliver an industrialized process to production while coordinating with the customer, the Sales Organisation, Supply Chain team and Operations. The Project Lead is responsible for planning through delivery, ensuring that customer requirements, quality standards, and timelines are met.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The role involves monitoring technical progress, identifying risks and mitigation actions, and driving continuous improvement in project workflows and documentation. The Project Lead also contributes to process optimization according to Green Belt principle and Lean manufacturing, and helps align project outcomes with the company’s strategic and operational goals.
