Job summary

Xelvin is seeking an experienced Project Manager for New Product Introduction (NPI) in the Netherlands. You will lead complex projects from concept to production, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and quality standards.

You will manage scope, milestones, budgets, and resources, driving risk mitigation and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience leading NP I projects through development to production.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk-mitigation skills.
• Excellent communication with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through industrialization and production ramp-up.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project execution aligns with quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive structured decision-making and support problem-solving activities.
• Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
