Job summary

ALTEN in the Netherlands seeks a technically skilled Project Engineer to translate customer requirements into manufacturable solutions and guide projects from the initial request through first production. You will read drawings for manufacturability and coordinate samples and validation while aligning with international locations to ensure quality and lead times.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, providing technical support to account managers and inside sales,

Qualifications

• Reads technical drawings and assesses manufacturability
• Manages multiple projects in dynamic environments
• Guides projects from initial request through first production (NPI)
• Coordinates samples, prototypes, and validation activities
• Collaborates with international manufacturing locations to ensure manufacturability, quality, and lead times
• Liaises with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track
• Provides technical support to account managers and inside sales
• Monitors priorities and progress across concurrent projects
• Obtains required information from stakeholders with timely follow-up
