Job summary

King of Reach by B&S is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Northwest Europe. You will drive growth by developing strategies, building partnerships with distributors and key accounts, and leading negotiations across the region.

Regular travel across Northwest Europe will be essential to stay ahead of market dynamics and customer needs. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales and account management in international B2B.
Ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Comfort with travel and cultural adaptability.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies across Northwest Europe.
Build and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key accounts.
Lead commercial negotiations and establish sustainable partnerships.
Travel regularly to strengthen customer relationships and monitor market developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
