Job summary

King of Reach, part of the B&S family, seeks a dynamic Head of Europe Duty Free to own the European commercial picture, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth across airports, airlines, and travel retail channels. You will lead a cross-functional team, negotiate key deals, and shape three-year plans in a fast-moving, international environment.

The role requires proven European travel retail leadership, strong P&L ownership, and willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial leadership experience in Duty Free, Travel Retail, FMCG, luxury, spirits, beauty, confectionery, or related sector.
• Proven success leading European Duty Free and Travel Retail businesses.
• Readiness to travel regularly as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European Duty Free & Travel Retail strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key travel retail customers and partners; negotiate complex commercial agreements and joint business plans.
• Deliver ambitious revenue, profit, and market share targets across Europe; own the P&L and drive distribution expansion across key accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team; foster accountability and growth mindset.
• Ensure flawless execution of commercial initiatives and promotions; champion data-driven decision-making across the organization.
