Job summary

Mattel Europa BV seeks an Inventory Analyst to oversee inventory distribution across markets and support S&OP processes. You will manage reservations, DC transfers, and drive improvements in stock availability and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory distribution and optimize stock availability.
• Manage reservations and DC transfers to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Analyze fill rates and identify supply chain inefficiencies.
• Support S&OP processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead weekly inventory meetings and provide visibility of stock levels.
