Job summary

Velogy Inc. is seeking an Asset Planner to manage European O&P supply planning, balancing short- to mid-term demand, inventory, and cost optimization.

You will coordinate responses to operational issues, execute day-to-day supply plans, and ensure sales volumes are available at lowest cost, interfacing with monomer, manufacturing, supply chain, asset management, and sales teams. Strong analytics and SAP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in supply chain planning or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP / SAP IBP or similar ERP.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish or Dutch) are a plus.
• Organized and deadline-driven in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with multiple levels of the organization.
• Team player who can coordinate tasks with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Re-work the optimized supply plan into monthly production volume and schedule.
• Manage in-month execution (allocations, hand-backs) to meet the sales plan.
• Assess impact of in-month sales plan changes on the supply plan.
• Evaluate unplanned supply events and communicate adjustments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on shortages and grade availability.
• Follow-up with asset management, marketing and sales on inventory moves.
• Update capability and availability for market introduction of grades.
• Measure KPIs and report on inventory, plant operating rates and changes.
