Job summary

Mattel is seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage Nordic inventory distribution and align with commercial priorities. You will oversee stock levels, reservations, and DC transfers while supporting the S&OP process to improve fill rates and reduce excess inventory.

The role reports to the Customer Fulfillment Supervisor and requires 3–5 years in planning or supply chain, with fluency in English and strong analytical skills. Hybrid work arrangement offered with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of planning, supply chain, or related experience.
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Strong ability to interpret numerical data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure replenishment and setup align with forecasts and orders.
• Optimize market inventory utilization to support priorities.
• Provide visibility of current and projected stock levels to stakeholders.
• Lead weekly inventory meetings and drive S&OP alignment.
• Support sub-regional demand plans and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce excess.
