Job summary

Aquablu, a fast-growing smart hydration company based in the Netherlands, is looking for an entry-level sales professional fluent in German to join the team near Amsterdam. You’ll learn to prospect, qualify, and book discovery meetings while receiving hands-on coaching and AI-powered tools.

In this fast-paced role you’ll run outbound campaigns across the DACH region, collaborate with account executives, and travel to partner events. A base of €36k–€42k incl.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (required).
• Based in the Netherlands, near Amsterdam.
• Experience in outbound sales or customer-facing roles.
• High motivation to grow in a sales career.

Responsibilities

• Run targeted outbound campaigns across the DACH market via phone, email, LinkedIn and social channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality discovery meetings.
• Partner with AEs and channel managers to build account plans for priority German-speaking accounts (DACH).
• Use data and CRM insights to prioritize outreach and report on pipeline health.
