We are currently looking for aNon-Conformity Expert PD to join our Quality team in Kampen, The Netherlands. This role is particularly meaningful as you will be taking over from a valued team member who is retiring, ensuring continuity while also bringing in fresh perspectives and energy to the team. You will become part of a highly skilled and collaborative quality environment consisting of a dedicated Non-Conformity team of 5 experts and a wider Quality department of 14 professionals. Together, we work to ensure the highest product quality standards for our customers worldwide.
In this role, you are at the heart of ensuring product quality and customer trust. You will investigate, analyze, and resolve non-conformities related to Wärtsilä spare parts supplied to customers worldwide, while driving continuous improvement across processes and products.
