Corendon Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam seeks a Night Welcome Desk Agent to join the Welcome Team. You will be the face of the night, ensuring guests feel welcomed, safe and cared for while delivering memorable experiences.

You will handle night audits, guest requests and inquiries, and collaborate with Security, Housekeeping and other teams to maintain seamless operations in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

Experience in Front Office, Reception or Guest Services is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Experience with hotel management systems is an advantage.
A service-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.
Flexible, proactive and solution-focused.
Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Available to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests during the night and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Acting as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours.
Handling guest requests, questions and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Performing night audit procedures and ensuring all financial transactions are processed correctly.
Monitoring arrivals, departures and room allocations.
Maintaining accurate guest records and updating hotel systems.
Coordinating closely with Security, Housekeeping and other operational departments.
Handling incoming phone calls and emails during night shifts.
Ensuring the lobby, reception area and back-office remain organized and presentable.
Creating memorable guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
Providing information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
Handling emergencies and following all hotel safety and security procedures.
Supporting operational departments where necessary and working together as one team.
Preparing reports and ensuring a smooth handover to the morning shift.
Maintaining company standards regarding confidentiality, appearance, professionalism and guest service.
Working rotating shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
