The July Twenty Eight in Amsterdam is seeking a friendly Night Receptionist to work the 23:00–07:00 shift, ensuring smooth nights for guests and maintaining lobby order. You will be the first point of contact, monitor safety, and hand over to the morning team with a detailed briefing.

Hello there! Ready to be a vital part of our Front-Office team? We're on the hunt for a Night Receptionist to join us in the Amsterdam area. You'll be working your magic from 23:00 to 7:00, ensuring smooth nights (For now we need a superstar for the Thursday night) for our The July Twenty Eight guests. Are you up for the adventure? The July Twenty Eight

Combines hospitality with design. All 56 flats are decorated by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. From the beds to the tiles, Amsterdam is reflected in the smallest details. The look is luxurious but always accessible. The flats are comfortable; there is a living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The rest of our hotel is just as complete. The lobby is not just for lounging, it is also a place to get work done, meet up with friends or read a book on your own. You can also relax in our modern gym and sauna. The July Twenty Eight is a hotel where guests fully recharge. Full of inspiration.

The Job

As our Night Receptionist, you will ensure that the hotel stay for guests is as pleasant as possible. Besides acting as the first point of contact for guests, you are also responsible for monitoring the atmosphere and safety.

You will join a night shift at 23:00 with a team handover, ensuring smooth check-ins and preparations. You provide info to outgoing or returning The July Twenty Eight guests. After the VIP prep, you will check hotel safety and tidy up the lobby for the first morning guests. Then you will prepare important tasks for the morning colleagues, handle wake-up calls and you make sure the breakfast buffet is set up for guests in the lobby. You will be finished by 7:00!

• You are a natural host. No need to ask for something, you've already done it
• You have a bubbly personality that is eager to get started
• You have good communication skills. In English as well
• You are available for the Thursday evening/night
• You work independently, but also well together
• You know Amsterdam inside out. The newest places? Tried and tested!
• Preferably you have been behind a hotel reception desk, but experience is certainly not a must
• You are able to work from 23:00 till 7:00 (Thursday)
• You also live nearby or in Amsterdam
