Job summary

Qblox, a frontier quantum hardware company in Delft, is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to help scale our Gen2 hardware supply chain. You will work with engineers and procurement, maintaining BoMs, tracking parts from order to delivery, and keeping supplier data accurate to support rapid prototyping.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a hyper-growth, high-tech manufacturing setting and collaborate with a global team to ensure timely production and continuous improvement in our supply chain

Qualifications

• Current student in a degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, complex data sets, clean formatting).
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Refine & Maintain BoMs: Review and clean Bills of Materials for Gen2 hardware prototypes to keep builds running smoothly.
• Track & Deliver: Follow components end-to-end from PO to delivery to ensure engineers have parts on time.
• Keep Data Crystal Clear: Maintain pricing, lead times, and supplier information across internal systems.
• Analyze & Flag: Monitor project spending and timelines, flag late deliveries and bottlenecks.
• Connect & Support: Collaborate with engineers, procurement, and suppliers to align prototyping and production pipelines.
