Job summary

Qblox in Delft is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to help scale our supply chain for next-generation quantum hardware. You will work closely with engineering and operations to keep the pipeline accurate and ready for production, focusing on BoM maintenance and timely component delivery.

The role emphasizes meticulous data management, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English within an international team. Dutch language skills are a plus in our growing Netherlands office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related business field.
• Meticulous eye for detail with ability to spot discrepancies and typos.
• Advanced Excel skills with lookups and large data sets; ability to clean and format data.
• Fluent in English, strong written and verbal communication for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Refine & Maintain BoMs: Review and clean Bills of Materials for Gen2 hardware prototypes to keep builds running smoothly.
• Track & Deliver: Follow components end-to-end from PO to delivery to ensure timely supply for engineering needs.
• Keep Data Crystal Clear: Maintain pricing, lead times, and supplier information across internal systems.
• Analyze & Flag: Monitor project spending and timelines, flag late deliveries and potential bottlenecks.
• Connect & Support: Collaborate with engineers, procurement, and suppliers to align prototyping and production pipelines.
