Job summary

Qblox in Delft seeks a Head of Supply Chain Management to design and scale the global supply chain backbone for its quantum hardware. You will bridge R&D, suppliers, and customers, moving from hybrid to fully outsourced manufacturing with EMS/ODM partners, and drive OTIF delivery, inventory control, and lead-time reduction.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in high-tech hardware with end-to-end Operations / Supply Chain responsibility.
• Experience scaling global operations with EMS/ODM partners, including PCB assembly and outsourced production.
• Proven ability to move from R&D/hybrid setups to industrialized, externally scaled supply chains.
• Strong KPI ownership: OTIF delivery, lead times, inventory, revenue delivery, cash-to-cash.
• Deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics, shortages, geopolitics, supplier dependencies.
• Experience at C-level or equivalent with cross-functional alignment and decision ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute global supply chain strategy, moving to outsourced, partner-driven model.
• Own delivery performance, lead times, inventory, and revenue realization.
• Establish robust S&OP cadence aligning Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations.
• Professionalize supplier management with MSAs, forecasting, and co-development.
• Drive scalability through external partner ecosystem and hyperscale manufacturing readiness.
• Lead evolution of sourcing into strategic streams with resilience and flexibility.
• Strengthen forecasting, planning, and supply chain synchronization to reduce lead times.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team with clear ownership.
