Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Service Digitalization Specialist to drive the digital transformation of NEV aftersales. You will implement and optimize DMS, SAP, WMS, and OMS, and collaborate with front-line teams and dealers to improve service efficiency.

You will analyse business processes, design solutions, train staff, and stay abreast of industry trends. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead Europe’s transition to zero-emission mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in system support, software development, or digital transformation in after-sales or automotive industry.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and experience with system integration and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Requirement analysis and solution design for after-sales processes.
• System integration and implementation of DMS, SAP, WMS, and OMS.
• Data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Training and technical guidance for staff and dealers.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovative system solutions.
