Job summary

You will support healthcare professionals and Medtronic representatives with complex technical issues related to neuromodulation and pelvic health devices.

The role requires excellent English communication and additional language skills (Italian/Spanish, Italian/French, or Spanish/French) and a strong ability to analyze problems,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills via phone and e-mail in English and a combination of Italian/Spanish, Italian/French or Spanish/French.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with speed and effectiveness.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Experience in medical technical environments and technical support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class technical support to patients and customers.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and technical/marketing partners.
• Have in-depth knowledge of all relevant products and perform technical activities with ownership of projects.
• Ensure all documentation/system entries are fully complete.
