Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated invites a clinically grounded NeuroLOGY professional to lead and grow the Neurology business across the Netherlands. Build partnerships with neurologists, neurophysiologists, epilepsy centers, sleep labs, and hospital decision-makers to promote EEG, EMG, and PSG solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with neurology departments, neurodiagnostic laboratories, or clinical neurophysiology teams.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clinicians and translate clinical needs into practical solutions.
• Experience in presenting demonstrations, training, and clinical education in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with neurologists, neurophysiologists, sleep specialists, technicians, procurement teams, and hospital leadership.
• Conduct clinically focused product demonstrations and solution evaluations tailored to customer workflows.
• Assist customers in optimising diagnostic pathways and patient outcomes through neurodiagnostic technology.
• Support product installations, user training, and long-term customer success.
• Collaborate with Clinical Application Specialists to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Stay informed on developments in neurology, neurophysiology, epilepsy, sleep medicine, and neurodiagnostics.
• Contribute to territory growth by identifying customer needs and supporting clinical and commercial solutions.
• Manage sales opportunities through the full cycle from engagement to negotiation and implementation.
