Educato AI in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on UGC Campaign Manager to lead our local creator program. You will recruit Dutch creators, manage campaigns, and coordinate with our global GTM team to scale performance and quality.

Your execution-first mindset will drive creator onboarding, negotiating rates, content reviews, and timely payments, while keeping deadlines and budgets organized. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; growth opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch speaker with strong English skills.
• Organized with strong communication and time-management.
• Execution over tenure; results-focused.
• Experience with influencer campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns.
• Review content and provide fast feedback.
• Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.
