• Strong storytelling and audience alignment beyond follower counts.
• Highly organized with high-volume outreach and follow-up.
• Excellent written English with professional communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Experience in influencer marketing or outbound sales is advantageous; entry-level encouraged.
• Ability to work across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Discover and vet creators on Instagram and TikTok using native platforms and tools.
• Conduct personalized creator outreach and structured follow-ups.
• Maintain an organized creator pipeline in CRM and other systems.
• Coordinate collaborations end to end from outreach to publication.
• Ensure briefs, deadlines, tags, codes, and deliverables are understood.
• Follow up to maintain timelines and resolve bottlenecks.
• Track KPIs including sourcing volume, outreach, response and delivery.
• Identify risks and take corrective actions.
• Share insights to improve marketing workflows and processes.
