Job summary

Astra AI is expanding its Creators Program in the Netherlands and seeks a first-language Dutch speaker to own this local initiative. You will recruit creators on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, pre-qualify and onboard them, and manage the roster end-to-end, including giving feedback and optimizing performance.

The role is freelance (up to 30 hours/week) with competitive hourly pay and a monthly performance bonus, with potential for long-term or full-time opportunities in the future.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years working with UGC/influencer creators (creator manager, talent coordinator, or a creator who has managed others).
• Able to build a Gen-Z creator pipeline in Netherlands fast.
• You know where these creators are and how to reach them.

Responsibilities

• Recruit creators on TikTok, Meta (Reels) and YouTube (Shorts) - through outreach and your own network. Bonuses for each onboarded creator.
• Pre-qualify, negotiate terms, and onboard creators.
• Manage your roster end to end: give creative feedback, keep creators posting, replace underperformers.
• Guide creators on trends, hooks, and formats that convert.
• Track pipeline and performance; report weekly results to internal team.
