Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Head of Project Delivery and Construction to lead the Netherlands PDC business. You will set strategic direction, drive growth, and ensure safe, on-time and on-budget delivery while building a high-performing team.

You will own the P&L, develop the sales pipeline, lead bids, and maintain strong client relationships with Dutch and regional stakeholders. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project delivery and construction management within real estate or construction.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving growth, with pipeline development and bids/tenders leadership.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent client relationships and senior-level contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the Netherlands PDC business and drive revenue growth, margins and efficiency.
• Build and manage a sustainable project sales pipeline to support revenue growth.
• Lead bid, tender and solution presentations to win new work and expand accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and resolve commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Represent JLL PDC in the local market and build client relationships.
